Vollium ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when using the Vollium mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

Vollium may collect and process the following information:

• Email address for authentication and account management
• Profile information including display name, profile image, gender/playing category, and player skill level
• For hosts and coaches: a contact phone number and location
• Messages and communication data between users
• Approximate location (rounded — never your exact position), stored with your consent so we can show nearby content and let other users find you by distance
• Photos and videos you upload for your profile, posts, marketplace listings, or match results
• Subscription status for hosts and coaches (payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full card details)

Camera Access

Location Information

With your permission, Vollium uses your device location to show nearby matches, players, coaches, and clubs.

If you consent, we store an approximate location (rounded — never your exact position) on your profile so that other users can find you by distance (for example, in the players search). Your exact location is never stored or shared.

Location is optional. You can decline when asked, and you can disable location access at any time within your device settings.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Enable secure authentication and account management
• Help users create games and discover nearby players, and — if you consent — let other users find you by distance
• Provide messaging and social features
• Process subscription payments (via Stripe)
• Keep the service safe (for example, handling blocks and reports)

Data Storage & Security

Data is securely stored using trusted third-party cloud service providers. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to help protect user information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools.

Your profile (such as name, username, photo, playing category and skill level) and the content you post are visible to other users of the app. If you enable location, other users can find you by approximate distance — never your exact position.

Certain data is processed on our behalf by trusted service providers strictly necessary for app functionality: Google Firebase (authentication, cloud database and storage, and push notifications), Stripe (subscription payments), Google Maps Platform (place/city search), and Google and Apple (sign-in, if you choose those methods).

Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality and comply with legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Users may also delete their account directly within the app where supported.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
