Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data

How to Request Deletion

If you would like your Vollium account and all associated data permanently deleted, you can request this at any time using either method below.

Option 1 — Email us directly

  1. Email support@vollium.com
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address associated with your Vollium account

Option 2 — Delete in-app

If supported in your current app version, you can delete your account directly from the app settings without contacting us.

What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

  • Your authentication account and login credentials
  • Your profile information and account metadata
  • Match creation and participation history
  • Messages and communication data
  • Uploaded images and profile media
  • Associated app usage data linked to your account

Data Retention

Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request being processed.

Certain minimal records may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
